The kit contains a full pattern and instructions, plus the fabric (each 46cm x 56cm) to complete this gorgeous Twirly Skirt.

You will receive Heather Bailey’s Nicey Jane as in the photo.  You will receive two fat quarters of one fabric to make the waistband and bottom hem band, and two contrasting fabrics for the Twirly Skirt panel.

Included pattern contains all sizing from 1 to 6 years, so can be used again and again as your little one grows
